Ingredients:
- 1/2 leek
- 1/2 pear
- Gorgonzola
- Maple syrup
- Balsamic cream
- Olive oil
- Whole wheat bread
- Onion sprouts
Preparation:
- Slice the leek and sweat it in some olive oil for a few minutes until golden.
- Sauté the pear on each side and caramelize it with a bit of maple syrup. Slice it.
- Toast some bread, spread the gorgonzola, add the leek and pear on top, some balsamic cream and the onion sprouts.
