- 300gr dates
- 150grWild Girls crunchy peanut butter
- 45gr roasted peanuts
- 200gr 72% dark chocolate
Blend the dates until smooth and spread on a cake mold of more or less 20cm using the back of a spoon (it's a bit sticky)
- Spread the peanut butter over the date paste and sprinkle the roasted peanuts.
- Put in freezer for 2 hours (it needs to be very frozen).
Right after taking the mold out of the freezer, melt the chocolate. Then take the preparation out of the mold and slice it into bars.
Dip the bars into the melted chocolate and put them in the freezer to firm up for about 10-15 minutes.
