SWEET VALENTINE DATES

Ingredients:

• 12 Medjool dates
• 100 gr Wild Girls cashew butter
• 12 halfs of roasted pecan nuts
• 100 gr dark chocolate (here we used 82%) 
  
  

Preparation:

• Score the dates and fill them with the cashew butter. - Freeze while melting the chocolate.
• Wait until chocolate cools down a bit.
• Top the dates with the chocolate and sprinkle with some salt flakes.
• Freeze for another 5 minutes and enjoy!
• You can keep this snack at all time in the fridge ;-)
